 problem in transformed plasmid i restricted 6 kb plasmid and 750 bp insert with sal 1 and bamH1. both have these respective sites. after ligation i transformed this plasmid into competent cells(NEB). the resultant plasmid is above 10 kb (circular form). actual size should be 6,750 bps. suggest me  |
