Default Plasmid Engineering

I have a vector digested with Spe I and Bbs I. It released an insert. Now I want to have the vector alone. How to recircularize this vector?

Please suggest me.

Thanks in advance,
IR

Just vector---perform a ligase reaction.
Have to ask, are you religating a used vector? If so why?
