 Antarctic Phosphatase DNA Cloning Just saw the other post on Antarctic Phosphatase! Antarctic Phosphatase rocks. It works VERY QUICKLY for dephosphorylation. I used it many times and it is much better than SAP or CIP. You can get it from NEB.  Last edited by admin; 01-23-2008 at 04:17 AM.        |
