| Just saw the other post on Antarctic Phosphatase! Antarctic Phosphatase rocks. It works VERY QUICKLY for dephosphorylation. I used it many times and it is much better than SAP or CIP. You can get it from NEB. |

| Hi, I've used the Antarctic Phosphatase from NEB but I've had lots of clones in negatif control ligation. Could u plz tell me the conditions for the dephosphorylation that u have used for ur cloning. Thnx |
