Thumbs up Antarctic Phosphatase DNA Cloning

Just saw the other post on Antarctic Phosphatase!

Antarctic Phosphatase rocks. It works VERY QUICKLY for dephosphorylation.

I used it many times and it is much better than SAP or CIP.


You can get it from NEB.

Hi,
I've used the Antarctic Phosphatase from NEB but I've had lots of clones in negatif control ligation.
Could u plz tell me the conditions for the dephosphorylation that u have used for ur cloning.
