Default RFLP troubleshooting

I am using low melting agarose which consists of 20 well when I am running my digestion products in RFLP. For 20 well, in how many lanes should I run molecular standard for the best analyze? Are 2 standards (for the two outermost lanes) enough? (2 standards and 18 sample )
