Smile gold nanoparticles

Am working on immobilising antibodies and DNA on gold nanoparticles, have tried thiol chemistry and SAM method , friends can you suggest any other method as the lamda max shift is 9nm in case of both the protocols.

Any other method which can cause a greater shift in lambda max of conjugated gold nanoparticles ??????????????

waiting for your suggestions
