Transfer time and voltage conditions for Bolt and mahoney blotting buffer

Hi all,

Was wondering about the transfer conditions (time, current and voltage) for the bolt and mahoney transfer buffer. The book and the original paper recommends 10V for 2h. Is it advisable to do this for 10V and overnight? Thank you~
