Default Transfection method

Hi there, I want to ask a simple question about plasmid vector for transfection.
1. Whether GFP gene has the effect of the cell line if we perform for stable cell line?
2. Whether co-transfection method has a high transfection efficiency?
Thank you

Regards,
Ismail
