| I have ATF5 knockout mice and I used two primary ATF5 antibodies separately on western blotting for phenotyping. Unfortunately, on one was specific, that is, the knockout sample always was falsely positive. I am sure that the knockout efficiency is fine. There are quite many anti-ATF5 antibodies. Do any people have the experience and recommend a different one? Thank you very much in advance. |
