 siRNA OLIGOS DHARMACON HI I AM CURRENTLY OPTIMISING MY siRNA FROM DHARMACON SMART POOL. IT SEEMS AS IF JUST 40% REDUCTION AT 10nM concentration after 72 hours I used 5 microlitre ribocellin for transfection but when using 20 and 50 nM, i CANT SEE ANY REDUCTION. hOW IS IT POSSIBLE. IF ANYONE HAS DEALT WITH SMART POOL siRNA. Please help? Cheers   |
