 detecting Abeta fom mice brains i have been trying to make a western blot for amyloid beta protein (4kDa) from mice brains for months now with no use, i never obtain the monomer, always oligomers and NUMEROUS non specific bands. tried to change the 1ry Ab with no use... any suggestions?  |
