| I have done a gradient PCR for my PCR reaction. I m doing this reaction with cDNA obtained from a cell line and Bioline mastermix First well annealing temp- 60 second well- 57 4th well - 55 marker - 100bp The problem is I m getting my PCR product which is 682bp bt along with that product I do get non specific bands. My primer tm is 58 Though I have tried gradient I m not still getting a single band product ? |
