 Invitrotranscription hi I am facing problem when i try to amplify cDNA from invitrotranscribed RNA. the problem is i use to get good yeild of invitrotranscribed RNA almost 3000 ng/ul on nanodrop and good 260/230 ratio but the band is not visible on gel. when i processed the RNA FOR cDNA synthesis i got good DNA too.bt it is nt getting amplified,the transcript size is 885 bp. Kindly tell me the probable errors i must have made  |
