Default Lactose intolerans :-)

Hello

I am to set up the gene test for lactose intolerance in a clinical biochemistry routine laboratory. We have a Stratagene Mx 3005P and a BDmax in our laboratory.

Does anyone have any experience in setting up the lactose intolerans gene test on any of these ?

Thank you in advance.
