 Rapd I have problem in getting clear fragments in PCR (RAPD) using OPA1 to OPA15 ; OPB1-15 OPC1-15, I get smeared bands instead of clear bands. Less weight bands are straight but heavier >500bp are curved, I don't know why? is there any one to clarify this trouble?  |
