| I have been doing some fungal DNA extraction using a CTAB protocol, the DNA bands seems ok with GelStar, but i checked the DNA concentration with Nanodrop and the results were very low (.5, 1, 2... even -0.4! ng/ul)!! The lab technician says that the nanodrop is fine... so i dont know what is going on.. ¿¿¿Can anybody tell me what could be happen with my DNA samples?? Any comment will be very helpfull!! |

| The sample should remain unaffected. Double check with the technician though. |
