 RBC lysis Hi, I have some questions: 1. I,m trying to lyse RBC cells with SDS, Does it work? and does it not effect the absorbance (OD) of the supernatant? 2. for how much time can i store the blood sample? 3. I use EDTA to prevent blood coagulation. Does it not effect the absorbance (OD) of the supernatant? thank you for your help.  |
