 Lamp hi, i'm working with LAMP primers. all was well in the beginning but recently i have strated getting bands in negative control and the banding pattern is not clear ladder like as before. its hazzy and bands in the ladder are not clear? i have ruled out the contamination factor now. and sometimes surprisingly, i get band in one tube of negative control and no band in the other tube though they have the same reaction mix (without DNA). Please advice me if anyone has a solution to this ? Thanks:huh  |
