turning real work f(distance) into mass/muscles
 
I have a question for the biologist whose math proficient. If you want to develope a muscle and would like to turn the exercize into a real life working
function what components would you use. I already have a better than informed idea. Lets see how you'd or anyone would approach it.

If work via repitition equals muscle mass overtime what info is a necessary to make up the equation.
