| hello people I have isolated genomic DNA from a cell line and i did heat fragmentation at 95 degree celsius for different time points. I have used a 1.8% gel. My doubt is the last well(from right) is it a RNA contamination? Or its perfectly fine it is a smear ? PLease suggest me . |
