Default 3'race pcr


Hi,

I would like to do a 3'RACE PCR but I fear that the sequence I need to amplify is too long (5kb). Has anyone experiences with 3'RACE of such long sequences or is there an maximum length than can be amplified?

I would be very happy for some help,
