Hi,
i cut puc 18 with Ecor I and Hind III separatly (incubate just 30 min in dry bath) and run on agarose gel (2%) at 75v for 2.30hrs. but there were not a big diatance different with uncut plasmid. it this result correct. i have a dout a boubt it.
plz clarify this .
