| Hi all, Hope you guys doing fine.. I am having a problem in running LAMP amplification reaction. I designed a LAMP primer set (F3, B3, FIP, BIP, LF and LB) and decided to go for a negative control run first and then the positive run. The results were perfect as expected. Primers were freeze thawed. When I tried running the reaction with the primers, negative control run yielded positive result. ![]() Did I make any mistake? Is it like, due to freeze thawing, primers have formed some secondary structures???? How can I get those primers worked again?? Please help me// Cheers !! Harsh |
