Default PCR troubleshooting help!!

Hi All:

I am doing a PCR reaction to amplify my gene of interest and I included no DNA template as a negative control for the PCR. Although in my sample I saw the band at the right position, I see the same sized band in the no template lane also. I wonder what band that might be? Any comments/suggestions are highly appreciated.

Thanks,
Shipra
