| Lately I have been facing a strange problem while loading samples into the wells. My wells are well formed, I am flushing them properly and also doing a pre-run. My problem is that the sample is not setting down at the bottom of the well when I am loading and just hanging inside the well. There is no air bubble issue, I suppose, as samples are not going out (floating) of the well while loading. I added extra glycerol to make it heavy, but nothing seems to be working. What's wrong? |
