| Hello to every one! I m a chemist and we used to have a GCMS in our laboratory but now is broken and we want to start using the MALDI-TOF that we have in our department. does any one know a reliable protocol for cleaning the plates used for the MALDI? is it safe to use cotton soaked with solvent and wipe the plate? Also pencil is known to used as matrix, but how do you remove it from the plate when you want to clean it up? That's all Thanks in advance! |
