 Southern Blotting hybridization lambda DNA There are a couples of question that i need help with...? 1. Based on your results, how many copies of probe sequence are present in the lambda genome? 2. How can you account for the faint bands that occur on the membrane in unexpected positions? 4. What factors influence the efficency of tranferring DNA restriction fragments to the membrane? Thanks.  |
