Default Help me please pCRII-TOPO vector Verification of RT PCR Product of cDNA



Hello everyone,

Can you give me an brief idea as to how pCRII-TOPO vector (Invitrogen) can be used to verify the RT PCR product of my Pcdh17 cDNA.....thank you so much..

second , can you refer me a free source where i can design a primer for my cdh10.
