 RAPD electrophoresis result data analysis Sorry, I dont know where to post this thread. I have finish my labwork of obtaining electrophoresis result by RAPD. I red in journals that they converted the image into a band matrix with 0 indicating no bands and 1 indicating presence of bands, and later use this data to constructs dendograms. I kinda dont understand how to do the analysis above, and could not find the full tutorial on how to do so. I am wondering if anybody here know any links with full details on RAPD data analysis, or anybody have experience with RAPD analysis.
