| Hi, I want to carry out actin staining on human dendritic cells derived from a cell line. The cells are grown in suspension. I am having trouble fixing the cells and subsequent staining because the cells do not attach to a surface (I have tried coating a glass slide with poly L lysine, but it didn't work). Are there any other ways to either attach the cells to a slide or to stain for actin in these cells? I will appreciate any help. Thanks, John. |
