| Hi all, I'm trying to find a reference or multiple references that state the compatibility of % SDS-PAGE gels with Mass spectrometry analysis. Rumor here is that up to 12% will be best result, higher percentages causes background noise interference and lower peptide recoveries. If anyone knows... let me know |
