hi to all and thanks for accepting me in your forum.My question is that if we are getting good 260/280 cDNA values but no bands on agarose gel electrophoresis what might be the reason please sugest.

Can you run other gels successfully? If not, check whether you're running it backwards or have forgotten to include ethidium bromide.

THANKS but I have included ethidium bromide what are the suitable values of 260/280 for cDNA as we are isolating RNA by Trizol method again thanks for your help
