how much minimum amount of protein has to be loaded along with loading dye in sds page so that the western blot have think distinct band???
i am getting thich weavy banda

Do you measure your protein concentration before loading it on the gel? It sounds like you are loading too much protein. Try reducing the amount of protein and titrate the amount. E.g. if your protocol says load 100 micrograms, try 10, 20, 40, 80, 100. You might find that you need a lot less protein for your particular antibody you are using.
