 MS/MS for gel-free proteomics Hi! I need to do differential proteomics on bacterial membranes. I have been told that double MS can be done directly on the membrane fraction, and can lead to identification of proteins. Can anyone give me some more details, or some literature, the name of an institute/company applying this method..? I have to add that the genome of the bacterium I am studing is available. Thank you!   |
