 Help with Electrolytic Dissociation Hey, im a pre IB idiot who decided to do a project on Svante Ahrennius electrolytic theory of dissociation and Werner Heisenbergs :"creation of quantum mechanics, the application of which has, inter alia, led to the discovery of the allotropic forms of hydrogen" neither of which i know nothing about im extremely greatful for any help!!!  |

 Re: Help with Electrolytic Dissociation Hi, I am doing a dot blot assay on nitrocellulose membrane, and it works well with commercial proteins, but it doesn't work when I try it with self-made recombinant proteins. Our proteins are expressed in E. coli and are purified with Ni/NTA-purification columns and eluted with a buffer containing 6M urea. Any suggestion why this doesn't work is welcome. Thanks! |
