 DNA fingerprint through PCR Dear Experts! Need of help I am research student from Indian. I had collected heparinated blood for DNA fingerprint. PCR amplification was poor when we use hepairenated blood. we must follow the PCR procedure only for DNA fingerprint . plz suggest me how to do the PCR amplification using heparinated blood sample...thank.. waiting for ur suggestions jayakumar india  |
