 what is oiling u-u ? what is oiling u-u? Can it be used to avoid the PCR contamination? And I meet a problem that the PCR contamination always happens when I do the ISSR-PCR or SRAP-PCR during the summer(the temprature is high), but the phenomenon disappears during the winter. So can I use the oiling u-u to solve this problem?  |
