Default anyone for chemistry of membranes??

hellos peoples!!!

can any one tell me about the specific interactions that exist when different species of molecules bind to different kind of membranes??

to be more specific: what are the interactions that are involved in immobilization of proteins on a nitrocellulose membrane [ionic/covalent/vanderwaal's force or something else]....??

similarly for RNA, and DNA with respect to their immobilizing membranes.

and what is surface chemistry of the different membranes against different molecule species [DNA/ RNA/ Proteins] ??

need a reply to this as early as possible.
