| hellos peoples!!! can any one tell me about the specific interactions that exist when different species of molecules bind to different kind of membranes?? to be more specific: what are the interactions that are involved in immobilization of proteins on a nitrocellulose membrane [ionic/covalent/vanderwaal's force or something else]....?? similarly for RNA, and DNA with respect to their immobilizing membranes. and what is surface chemistry of the different membranes against different molecule species [DNA/ RNA/ Proteins] ?? need a reply to this as early as possible. |
