 Extraction of CPS and lipid A moiety we want to extract CPS as well as Lipid A moiety from a Gram Negative bacilli for our PhD. research purposes. can any one help please? We need detailed protocols for that.        |

Micro-extraction of bacterial lipid A: easy and rapid method for mass spectrometric characterization -- El hamidi et al., 10.1194/jlr.D500014-JLR200 -- Journal of Lipid Research Also for CPS: Procedures for the extraction and isolation of bacterial capsular polysaccharides for use as vaccines or linked to proteins as conjugate vaccines - US Patent 6248570 however it seems to be patented!
