Hello,
there are many techniques for non radioactive EMSA.

I have used biotin-UTP for RNA EMSA, however you can use biotin-CTP for DNA EMSA.

The light shift kit from Pierce is quite good.

Please let use know how you do/which protocol you choose.

I checked the kit and it seems that it's designed for DNA-protein interaction. How did you use it for RNA-protein binding? Do you have a modified protocol or you just followed the manufacturer's manual? The kit supplys biotin-11-UTP even for DNA. Is is applicable to RNA? If it's also good for RNA, I wanna try the kit. Many thanks!
