Default Site-specific GFP Targetting

Dear Colleagues,

I am trying to find a way to target the GFP gene to a specific locus/gene in a human embryonic stem cell line. Could you please advise me what the best way to do this is? Is there a commercial kit available for this application? Thank you.

You may want to search for "Recombinase-Mediated Cassette Exchange (RMCE) method to perform site-specific chromosomal integration."
