 Cytokine Multiplexing anyone doing much of this? I do a lot of animal (mice) work and my samples from sick mice are precious and I need good reliable cytokine profile system. Currently I am using the Luminex system which I absolutely loathe with every pore of my body. I find the results to be to unreliable although the trends as respect to levels are ok. I have been looking into Meso Scale Discovery's system but I have not been able to find an objective person (seems like everyone is in bed with them that raves about them). If you are using either of these please let me know. Thanks.        |
