Default Method of Detecting Cytokine Production

Hello everyone,

Sorry if I am posting this in the wrong section, but I was wondering what methods are used to determine (quantitatively) the production of Cytokines.

Thanks In advance!~

ELISA is probably the best way unless you are wanting to look at multiple cytokines with limiting amount of sample. If thats the case then multiplexing is the way to go, but not with out problems.
