| hi.....every one .....please i need to know the differences between RNA ladder and DNA ladder. and if i can use one of them instead of other. |

| The RNA ladder is ordinarily single stranded whereas the DNA ladder is double stranded. Therefore you can't use them interchangeably. If this wasn't the case I think you would be able to use them interchangeably, though I'm not sure |

| DNA = Double helix, whereas RNA contains uracil & is single stranded only. |
