I need help about geometric algorithm function molecular docking

dera i am also a student of m.sc. bioinfo.i am studing the matlab programming.this language provides a lot of tools which helps in bioinfo as well as molecular docking.
acc to me you will have to this before doing your modelling
.so pls try to learn this language
