This database will have millions of chemicals, information on them, chemical structures, molecular weight, publication data and supplier information

The preliminary data is almost ready however will be in BETA for several weeks. Chemical structures, molecular weight and other information will be added soon.

Almost done. There will be only 400,000 chemicals to start but this will increase to over 100 million chemicals, drugs and compounds.

Stay tuned for a huge update.

Also this data will contain related pubmed articles, genes, diseases, and pathways for expression changes.

Hi Friend,


This database of chemical compounds is by no means an exhaustive listing of chemicals compounds as there are literally tens of millions if not hundreds of millions of chemical compounds known to man and used in industry.

I agree gatebill, but it will be a good start About 60 million to be exact but we may be short a few
