Life expectancy has been increasing at a fixed pace for the last 50 years (see 'Life expectancy' on wikipedia). Given the advances in gene therapy and other fields I think we may see the increase in life expectancy speeding up, leading to a steeper life expectancy curve. By blocking the deleterious effect of having tightly coupled mitochondria or better still by alterring deleterious mitochondrial genes with gene therapy. I am 27 now. Using the current life expectancy curve my life expectancy lies around 90. Who knows how much higher it may become with future advances. Perhaps I will live to be 150, and generations after me might live for multiple centuries. Eternal life may even be attainable. There seems to be little discusion in society about this possibility of living to much older ages than currently possible.

Wow. I really hope I love to 150 or even 90... eternal life may be tough though but who knows! The Bible has people living till 800 years old. Some scholars think that may be true and the reason is that cosmic radiation has decreased our life expectancy. If this is true, repair mechanisms and protection (some stated going underground!) would increase our lives... who knows. All the best to you happy New Year Frank!

Hiii..... If you want juice for health, MonaVie would be just right to look into. It is known for juice that contains high antioxidant levels and nutritional properties. But the benefits do not end here. The purest form of açai has been an important component of this juice. You should take it as it helps with cellular oxidation while helping the body’s immune system continual. Thanks John Wilsons monavie-emv.net
