I need The strain DH5alpha for transformation
Please help?

I belive we got ours from invitrogen. But perhaps someone where you are at has it already frozen? That is, if you are at a university or some such.

Does invitrogen have the strain itself or ready made competent cells?

Pretty sure (this was before I am in the lab) we just got competent cells and made a frozen stock to make more from.

Its the mosttttt commomest starin da... U`ll find it in the lab next to urs.. n if not the next biosciences department from ur institute.... Ask ur freinds they would surely know..
