 Help needed on aminoallyl-labeled cDNA hi everyone! I have a question regarding aminoallyl-labeled cDNA. As I'm planning to do some microarray experiments and would be extracting RNA in batches, I'm not sure what is the best form for long-term storage of my samples until I am ready to begin my microarray experiments: (1) RNA; (2) aminoallyl dUTP-labeled cDNA; or (3) Cy dye-coupled cDNA. Could anyone provide advice on what is the best form for long term storage? Also, in each case, at what temperature and for how long could I hope to store the RNA, aminoally-labeled cDNA, and Cy dye-coupled cDNA? Thank you all very much for the help and advice!  |
