Help!! Hard to figure out my microbes unknown results? 2 Attachment(s) I narrowed it down to Proteus mirabilis and Proteus vulgaris. but i think something is wrong when processing the SIM test and the CHO Metabolism test i got negative for the Indole and positive for sucrose... but i got the picture for my unknown on EMB agar and Nutrient Agar thanks for answering |
